The Saskatchewan Provincial Boundaries Commission is committed to protecting your privacy.  Our operations are governed by The Constituency Boundaries Act, 1993.

Protection of your personal information is extremely important to the Boundaries Commission. We will only use your personal information for the purpose for which it was collected.  You will be informed at the time your personal information is being collected of the purpose for which it is being collected. The Constituency Boundaries Act stipulates that information about those who wish to make submissions must be provided to the commission.

Our website does not automatically collect your personal information such as you name, email address or phone number.  This information is only obtained if you supply it voluntarily through the submission process.

Please note that the Boundaries Commission may monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload, delete or change information, or otherwise cause damage to our website, server, or computers. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of people visiting our site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected or we are legally obligated to do so by law.
